Admission into Command Day Secondary School Ikeja, is strictly by entrance examination and selection interview conducted by Headquarters’ Nigerian Army Education Corps (HQ NAEC) through the Director of Command School Services (DCSS).

Children between ages of nine(9) and eleven(11) years, who must be in primary six in the year of admission are qualified for admission.
